Apostille Made Simple and Stress-Free
Iโm Joshua Garcia, owner of Ironclad Mobile Notary. I personally help clients in Helmetta, Monroe Township, East Brunswick, and surrounding Central NJ towns safely navigate the complexities of international document coordination from start to finish.
Document requirements vary heavily depending on your destination country and where your files originated. Whether you have local New Jersey vital records for dual citizenship, an out-of-state corporate filing for expansion, or a Power of Attorney for property transactions in Europe, I coordinate the logistics across all jurisdictions.
From initial compliance checks to secure courier handoffs and multi-jurisdictional routing, your legal and personal documents are treated with strict confidentiality and processed correctly the first time.
Our Document Authentication Process
We review your documents to determine where it will be apostilled and to ensure it is properly notarized.
If your paperwork requires a notary seal first, we come to you anywhere in Middlesex County or securely execute it online via RON.
For all NJ documents we will hand deliver it to DORES in Trenton for same-day service. If your document requires an out of state apostille we will facilitate that process too.
Your fully authenticated and finalized documents are hand-delivered or securely tracked back to your door, completely ready for international use.

Apostille FAQ & Guidelines
How long does a New Jersey Apostille take?
Standard mail processing with the state can take 4โ8 weeks. However, we offer expedited submission options to safely process your legal and vital documents in a fraction of that time.
Can you handle documents issued outside of New Jersey?
Yes. We process out-of-state documents from all 50 states as well as federal records requiring U.S. Department of State authentication in Washington D.C., allowing you to manage everything through one point of contact here in Middlesex County.
Can you apostille copies of birth or marriage certificates?
No. State regulations across the country dictate that birth, marriage, and death certificates must be original certified copies issued by vital statistics or the local registrar with official raised seals. Photostatic copies cannot be directly apostilled.
What is the difference between an Apostille and Legalization?
An Apostille is an expedited certification method valid only between countries participating in the Hague Convention of 1961. Non-participating countries require "Embassy Legalization" which involves multiple steps at federal and consular levels.
How much does an Apostille cost?
We handle the process from start to finish. Pricing starts at $125 for the first document and an additonal $50 for each document after that. Additonal fees not included in that price.
