Digital Products
If the Service offers digital downloads, templates, reference guides, etc for purchase (collectively, "Digital Products"):
License: Upon purchase, the Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Products for Your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these files with third parties.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of immediate digital delivery, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.
